The 2012 Global Outsourcing 100 list recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers. These rankings are based on applications received and evaluated by an independent judging panel organized by IAOP. IAOP managing director of thought leadership, Jagdish Dalal, leads the 2012 panel. Additional panelists include industry experts from Eastman Kodak Company, University of Pittsburgh, Liberty Mutual Agency Corporation, Thomson Reuters, Vodafone and Arizona State University.
