Bulova vetted all other iPad sales automation apps in the marketplace and selected ProSel.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 04, 2012
Software developer Ai2 announced today that watchmaker Bulova will deploy Ai2’s ProSel solution for mobile sales automation and content management on the iPad. ProSel will be rolled out to a sales force covering the United States, Canada, Italy and the United Kingdom.
Bulova is moving its sales force to the iPad to eliminate the tangle of computer hardware and paperwork that plague its current mobile sales operations. The company decided that the high-profile industry of luxury timepieces deserved a smooth, efficient and elegant sales tool. ProSel for iPad will replace the handheld computer, the laptop and the array of paperwork that Bulova’s sixty salespeople currently carry. All sales and marketing materials, company documents, images and other critical data will be organized and distributed within the ProSel app from Ai2.
“It’s a privilege to become the trusted software partner of such a storied organization,” said Douglas Katich, CEO of Ai2, adding “the ROI of ProSel is the elimination of filed sales related printing cost, combined with error-free and speedy mobile ordering and the ability to train new salespeople on the system quickly. Bulova vetted all other iPad sales automation apps in the marketplace and selected ProSel due to its robust feature set, flexibility, ease of use and because of Ai2’s reputation for providing the best mobile order entry solutions in the marketplace for over a quarter of a century.” ProSel can also attach multimedia of any kind to individual items, groups, or labels in the user’s product catalog within the application. “No matter what a company sells, we can help them automate their orders and get the best information to their customers at the point of order,” Katich added.
ProSel is Ai2's latest addition to its software suite for distributors. The ProSel app gives sales reps using the iPad offline access to their complete product catalog, images, a very fast search function, content management, document syncing and much more. The solution works without the need for a persistent connection. The app debuted in March 2011 and close to thirty distributors -- including some of the largest distributors in the U.S. -- have already licensed ProSel to replace their legacy field ordering systems. The free version of ProSel is available on the App Store.
