Payroll network to conduct extensive customer survey for ongoing insight and feedback to meet customers’ existing and emerging needs

Payroll Network, Inc. (http://www.payrollnetwork.com), the largest independently-owned payroll management company that provides payroll processing and HR services to organizations in the Washington, D.C. region, will conduct their Customer Care Program this spring as part of ongoing client best practices to ensure high-quality services to all of their customers. Through this customer survey, Payroll Network will reach out to nearly 1,000 clients to collect feedback, advice and insight about the company and its services.

The Customer Care Program is conducted through phone calls and utilizes a numeric rating system from one to 10 that tracks customers’ responses and suggestions. It also provides customers with the opportunity to learn more about Payroll Network’s services that include Tax and Compliance services, the Time Vantage timekeeping system, and the new Payroll Network Human Resource Management System (HRMS), a comprehensive human resources management tool.
