AOCS, April 29 - May 2, Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, CA. This global conference and exposition focuses on the fats and oils industry and will include exhibitors in the areas of instrumentation and analytical technology; food technology and ingredients; processing and manufacturing; and supplies and services for non-edible products.
