Strategic alliance of pre-filing and post-filing bankruptcy counseling class providers will showcase services at National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) Annual Conference in San Antonio, TX April 27-29, 2012.

BKClass.com, (http://www.BKClass.com) representing the National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. and Financial Education Services, Inc., will present their highly-successful EOUST-approved* pre-filing bankruptcy credit counseling and post-filing debtor education classes and certificate services, respectively, at the 20th Annual Conference of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), to be held April 27th through 29th, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas.

According to the American Bankruptcy Institute, the number of Texas non-business bankruptcies in 2011 (48,442) reflected a 10.5% decrease vs. 2010, lower than the 11.3% rate of decline in total U.S. 2011 non-business bankruptcies. Julia Gibbons, chair of the Judicial Conference of the United States, which manages 400 federal courts, indicated that “…declining consumer debt levels and a pause in home foreclosures contributed to the recent decline in filings.” Her projections assume consumer debt levels will begin to climb again, resulting in more bankruptcies in 2013. In addition, if home foreclosures increase, then bankruptcies will grow at an even faster pace than the level projected for 2013.

“We are very proud of our participation at the NACBA San Antonio conference, which is geared towards bankruptcy attorneys and other bankruptcy professionals from all across the U.S.,” said Robert A. Williams, Executive Director of the National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc., which provides the pre-filing bankruptcy counseling course required before declaring bankruptcy. “Because we are EOUST-approved in all U.S. judicial districts for bankruptcy certificate delivery, our presence at this national conference is an ideal forum for us.”

Paul J. Simino, Founder and CEO of Financial Education Services, Inc., which offers the post-filing personal financial management course, observes that “Although the number of consumer bankruptcies has declined over the past year, the volume of bankruptcies still remains enormous. The success of BKClass.com strategic relationship is due to our delivery of extraordinary quality service and satisfaction to attorneys and clients alike. Our goal at NACBA is to encourage the legal community to experience how BKClass.com can help them achieve greater growth in retained bankruptcy clients through higher course completions.”

At its Booth #14 at the NACBA Conference, BKClass.com will be offering bankruptcy attorneys in attendance three (3) free pre-counseling classes.

BKClass.com offers both bankruptcy classes online at http://www.BKClass.com for a nominal $25 fee per online class that covers the entire household, including single, joint and married filers, one of the lowest prices available in the industry. The courses are also available by phone at 1-800-BK-CLASS (1-800-252-5277) and in-person in Central Florida.
