CCC ONE® Repair Workflow Now Offers Interface to PPG PaintManager™

New interface will automate the communication between a repair facilities’ front office and its paint shop to deliver workflow efficiency and paint operation improvements.

CCC Information Services Inc. and PPG Industries, Inc. announced today that they have created an interface between PPG’s PaintManager™ program software and CCC ONE® Repair Workflow, a single platform shop management solution. The interface will automate the communication between a repair facilities’ front office and its paint shop to deliver workflow efficiency and paint operation improvements.

The interface between CCC ONE Repair Workflow and PPG PaintManager™ eliminates the inefficiencies of re-keying, thereby allowing repair facilities to more easily track all paint and materials by repair order and improve the accuracy of materials usage. Further, the interface should allow for greater reporting detail which in turn enables repair facilities to pinpoint opportunities to improve profitability.
