Development Diagnostics' newly released RDSA diagnostic toolkit is designed to facilitate the development and implementation of robust self-assessment programs by a wide range of nonprofit organizations.

Development Diagnostics LLC, a St. Louis-based nonprofit consultancy, today announced the release of its Rapid Development Self-Assessment (RDSA) toolkit.

A direct descendent of EFQM-based RDA Diagnostics, this toolkit is designed to facilitate the development and implementation of robust self-assessment programs by a wide range of nonprofit organizations. The RDSA framework leverages two complementary analytical models to quickly and cost-effectively:

  • Assess the nonprofit’s performance at multiple organizational levels,
  • Objectively identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and their etiology in areas ranging from mission and leadership to policies and procedures,
  • Elicit information and knowledge hidden in the organization, and
  • Test long-held beliefs and assumptions permeating the organization’s culture and strategy.

All necessary documents, including a comprehensive user’s manual, customizable questionnaires, and scoring tools, are available for free download at http://www.developmentdiagnostics.com/RDSADiagnostics.html
