The Bill Jacobs Auto Group and Bill Jacobs Kia participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties Bowl for Kids Sake in March

The Bill Jacobs Auto Group has always been involved in the Joliet, IL community and surrounding areas. Recently, the auto group played a big role in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties, “Bowl for Kids Sake,” in Crest Hill on March 3rd. Bill Jacobs sponsored a lane at the event, came out and supported it and also presented the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties with a check. The event was a huge success and many employees of the Bill Jacobs Auto Group, including Bill Jacobs Kia came out and participated. Bill Jacobs Kia is one of the leading Joliet, IL Kia dealers and was very excited to take part in the activities.

Bowl for Kids Sake is a national fundraiser that helps raise over $20 million for kids in need across the entire country. The Will and Grundy counties’ event goes directly to the Big Brothers Big Sisters group in Will and Grundy counties. The event helps pair up children with “Bigs” and others at the event so that friendships can be created. Sponsorships of lanes or teams help raise money and Bill Jacobs is thrilled to have had the opportunity to participate in the event.

Not only is the Bowl for Kids Sake event a national fundraiser for these organizations, but it also accounts for one third of the organization’s annual operating budget. The money raised goes to help these children at the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organizations so that they can support these programs.
