Previous winners of the coveted title were asked to participate in this year’s program, and the entire workforce was electronically surveyed about various employee-related topics, such as best practices and other leadership policies that make companies “Best Places to Work.”

The 2012 Best Places to Work in Tampa Bay program was created by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and Quantum Workplace. The employee survey measured ten key engagement categories focusing on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. The winners were announced on March 12th web edition of Tampa Bay Business Journal and will be published in the printed April 20th issue of the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
