According to Taylor once you eliminate these fulcrum foods, it requires very little effort to make over the rest of what you eat on a daily basis.
Taylor helps her clients build trickle down habits. These healthy habits set the tone for a healthy lifestyle. Once started and implemented, burning fat becomes nearly automatic.
