It is stressed that if clients whine and complain and have a bad attitude about working out, there is no need to come to Chi-Town. Basically, Chi-Town trainers request that you do not come to Chi-Town Boot Camps with the idea that you will not have to put for effort into individualized work out plans. If you do not want to work; don’t joint this boot camp.

Many of Chi-Towns clients have expressed to interviewers that by losing weight through their initial individualized workout plan, they were inspired to go on and reach higher goals. One client gushed that she went from a size twenty-two to a six and she lost over 100 lbs.
