New York, NY (PRWEB) April 10, 2012
Haute Living is pleased to continue the first annual Restaurant Madness, with Round four beginning at midnight, Apr. 11. The four restaurants that will advance to the second round in each market are:
New York: Daniel, Del Posto, Nobu and Tao
San Francisco: SPQR, Aziza, Gary Danko, Spruce
Miami: Meat Market, Zuma, Nobu, STK
Los Angeles: Cut by Wolfgang, The Bazaar by José Andrés, BOA, Scarpetta
Las Vegas: Craftsteal, STK, Eiffel Tower, Julian Serrano
Appropriately coinciding with NCAA March Madness, Haute Living readers are voting for their favorite restaurants in their cities. As we move into the “Final Four” phase, Haute Living expects even more reader participation and votes for the fourth round.
The five-week tournament began Mar. 22 with a list of the 32 best restaurants in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas—chosen initially by the Haute Living curators. The restaurants have been competing against one another—with 4 pairs of restaurants, 8 restaurants, going head to head all of last week for readers to vote for their preference within each faceoff. The 4 restaurants with the most votes within each pair will now advance to the next round.
Ultimately, after the five-week period, voters comprised of Haute Living’s readers and restaurant patrons who want to support their favorite posts, will determine who will be named the champion of Haute Living Restaurant Madness by way of a traditional tournament bracket.
Unique to this tournament is that is about finding voters’ genuinely favorite restaurant. All submissions will be considered without restraints in regards to number of stars, existing reviews or type of cuisine.
