BulletinBoard was built to help researchers gain in-depth insights quickly and inexpensively. BulletinBoard is an asynchronous threaded online discussion between moderators and respondents.

Focus on Moderators
Increase engagement with respondents using our unique dependent scheduling feature. FocusVision’s BulletinBoard allows moderators to plan sets of activities that are delivered to the respondents only upon completing a prerequisite activity. The system is built to handle a wide variety of uploaded stimulus including audio, video and most other file types. Researchers can include video clips, photos, posters, or any other file for the respondents to comment on or engage with. Respondents can also attach any file they feel is appropriate for the task, allowing both the moderator and the respondents to engage in creative and/or projective exercises.

Focus on Participants
The BulletinBoard system works with any internet connected computer. Participants are informed of new activities via individual emails and respond using an easy-to-use and intuitive user interface. Participants’ information is stored on secured servers at FocusVision. User information is not accessible; only the user-created nickname is visible to the end clients.

Focus on Clients
BulletinBoard is integrated into the FocusVision system, so clients can access their BulletinBoard projects using the same login information that they use for other projects, such as VideoStreaming and InterVu webcam focus groups.
