Bien joins The Pert Group as senior account director for the beverage vertical. With nearly 15 years of experience, Bien has handled marketing and research activities for adult beverage companies, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical firms and financial companies. Her expertise includes media launch strategies and creative development.

Eschrich joins The Pert Group as qualitative research director. Eschrich ran his own research business for more than 15 years and has worked on the agency, corporate and supplier sides of the industry, gaining extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. He is also the author of Courage for the Rest of Us, the story of his experiences on the U.S. National Bobsled Team and as a participant in the famed Running of the Bulls.
