Brno, Czech Republic (PRWEB) April 12, 2012
Moravia Worldwide, a leading globalization solution provider, is pleased to announce it has appointed Haijun (Jason) Mao as Director of Operations China, to head the company's Asian production hub located in Nanjing, China.
In his role, Jason Mao manages this global production center which employs about 100 localization, engineering, testing and project management professionals. Established in 2003, the Nanjing operations are a fully-fledged global hub, that complements Moravia's other two major production hubs located in Brno, Czech Republic, and Rosario, Argentina, in an integrated follow-the-sun model.
"Our Chinese multilingual center has won the trust of some of the most demanding global companies. We are now entering another phase of growth and we have an outstanding professional team in place. It is a privilege for me to be part of this development," commented Jason Mao.
"We are very proud of our Nanjing production hub, which is on an equal footing with our other global centers and so offers our clients the flexibility to choose the optimum location for their projects. We have built our team in China organically, selecting every single employee, and infusing the team with Moravia's culture and methodologies," commented Tomas Kratochvil, Moravia's CEO. "I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jason's predecessor, Jan Stanek, who has spearheaded the development of new capabilities, functions and clients in our Asian operations over the past several years, and wish him luck in his new role managing Moravia's strategic programs at a global level."
Prior to joining Moravia, Jason Mao spent 10 years working at Transco, Welocalize and Avantix, managing testing, engineering and project management teams, most recently as Localization Director and Enterprise Program Director, with achievements in customer service, innovation and leadership. Jason holds a Beijing International MBA from the Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School.
