Only .5 percent of Dell partners hold Premier designation

According to Dell officials, the Premier Partner level is the most exclusive tier a partner can attain in their channel program. This top level of service provides the partners with heightened support of all Dell products and solutions to partners and partner clients.

“Fewer than one percent of the partners signed up with Dell have achieved Premier,” said a Dell representative.

Consuro reached Preferred status in the summer of 2011 and promptly surpassed the remaining hurdles to become a Premier partner. To secure Premier status, Consuro was required to complete numerous training programs, fulfill customer service standards, and meet aggressive sales thresholds.
