Momentum Continues at Rosedale with 88 New Home Sales in First Quarter

There aren’t many opportunities in the greater Los Angeles region to live in a new home, in a new neighborhood and in a picturesque location like the Azusa Foothills. It’s a rarity these days, and buyers are responding.

San Gabriel Valley’s master-planned community, Rosedale in Azusa, recorded tremendous sales success in the first quarter of 2012.
