Matrix Solutions, a provider of CRM and Sales Management Software, announced today the launch of MatrixMobile – a mobile version of the web-based Matrix CRM and Sales Management Software System. The mobility of Matrix aids the salesperson on the go by providing instant access to information on their activities, accounts and contacts from their mobile device. MatrixMobile will be sold as part of the standard Matrix product moving forward, while existing customers are in the process of receiving the new mobile upgrade.
MatrixMobile allows users greater convenience and accessibility within the mobile package and delivery structure. Account Executives now have the benefit of not being tethered to their desk to complete sales tasks, such as account look-up, updates, management, and activities. The MatrixMobile product, which was developed as a direct result of customer feedback, automatically synchronizes with the Matrix system in real-time, ensuring all users are accessing the most up-to-date account information.
