Bob McNally, founder & president of The Rapidan Group will deliver the keynote address at the general session held on Wednesday, May 2nd. Mr. McNally served as the top international and domestic energy advisor on the White House staff under George W. Bush, holding the post of special assistant to the president on the National Economic Council.
