Dr. Kwame Gilbert has been a Pastor for eighteen years, and has served in several offices including that of youth and Christian education, evangelism director and an executive member of the State Council of the Church Of God in Guyana. He is currently the senior pastor of the World Vision Church of God in Georgetown, Guyana. A prolific writer and conference speaker on organizational development, he has over 200 publications on religion and politics.
