Gary is hopeful he will be the last shooter standing and take home the $100,000 prize

Sportsman’s Warehouse employee Gary Shank continues to impress on this season’s History Channel show Top Shot. The show pits 18 competitors against each other using a wide variety of weapons. Nine episodes have been aired, and the field has been narrowed to the top nine shooters. Gary is employed at the Reno, Nevada, Sportsman’s Warehouse.

“It’s a real honor to still be in the mix at this point,” said Shank. “The level of competition is extremely high, and with the wide variety of weapons being used, I feel pretty good about my chances.”

The show airs on Tuesday evenings and one competitor is eliminated at the end of each show. Gary, who has worked as a firearms instructor and participates in Civil War reenactments, is hopeful he will be the last shooter standing and take home the $100,000 prize.
