The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2.5 billion, has announced the disposition of a 120,000-square-foot industrial /flex building located at 1595 MacArthur Boulevard in Mahwah, N.J. The sale was made to Dimensional Communications, Inc., an experiential event marketing company, specializing in integrated communication structures for trade shows, interiors, specialty retail spaces, and museums. Dimensional Communications directly impacts and transforms brand perception and buying decisions by creating high impact, multi-media experiences that turn ideas and messages into compelling visions and memorable events.

Strategically located just off Route 17 within a high profile corporate area, the facility offers easy access to major area highways including I-287 and the New York Thruway. The two-story building also features 20,000 square feet of office space and has ample parking, heavy power, process cooling, nine tailboards, one grade-level door and 26’ warehouse ceilings, making it ideal for the distinguished and diverse manufacturing needs of Dimensional Communications.

“The property offered many of the manufacturing capabilities that the buyer required,” said Michael Harrington, an investment manager for The Hampshire Companies. “The building’s location within Bergen County’s premier industrial marketplace combined with the versatility of the space served as key factors in the buyers’ decision.”

Thomas Monahan and Jim Tulley of CB Richard Ellis represented Hampshire while Hal Lichtenstein of Cassidy Turley represented the buyer in the transaction.
