Doug Layman, EVP and CSMO for Gilsbar, set to address human resource professionals at Oklahoma Human Resources State Conference & Expo.

Gilsbar, one of the nation’s fastest growing, privately-held health and benefit management organizations, is set to address over 500 human resource professionals at the Oklahoma Human Resources State Conference & Expo on April 26, 2012, at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Doug Layman, executive vice president at Gilsbar, will be presenting one of the benefits and compensation tracts from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., entitled “Be the Best: Learnings for HR Leaders to Create a ‘Best Places to Work’ Company.”

Mr. Layman will discuss how changing employee behavior can help companies achieve a near zero health plan cost trend year after year while simultaneously earning the title of Best Place to Work in their community or state. By sharing his expertise on how a healthy culture creates a unique and powerful springboard, attendees will gain a better understanding on ways to position their organization to reach Best Places to Work honors. Mr. Layman will share his vision and experience by explaining methods on how to transform an organization into a place that will both retain and attract the healthiest, most engaged, and brightest talent.
