She brings over 20 years of experience and a broad skill set to the position.

Cynthia Courtney has over ten years of experience with eDiscovery, obtained both as an in-house litigation manager and as eDiscovery counsel at Day Pitney in Hartford, CT. At CIGNA, she managed employee benefits and healthcare litigation for nearly 20 years, ultimately concentrating on complex commercial and class action litigation, eDiscovery and record retention. At Day Pitney, Cynthia handled eDiscovery issues on existing cases, established best practices for litigation document collection and production, provided training to both novice and veteran litigators, and managed the litigation support staff. She has written widely and presented at major eDiscovery conferences.
Cynthia is a graduate of Dickinson College, holds a masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a JD degree from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. She resides in West Hartford, CT.
