New service helps C-level leaders exchange business ideas and resources

Community Hospital 100 announced today the official launch of the Community Hospital 100 Network, a virtual community of hospital leaders – connected one to one – for the exchange of critical business information.

Soft-launched in the first quarter of 2012 as an extension of the annual Community Hospital 100 Leadership and Strategy Conference, the Network helps educate and connect executives from non-competing hospitals throughout the year. http://www.communityhospital100.com

“Sharing ideas and resources between complementary hospital organizations is the objective of the Network,” said Community Hospital 100 Executive Director Tim Bateman. “Nothing speaks more directly to a community hospital leader than hearing strategies and best practices from fellow hospital executives.”

More than 50 executives from community hospitals across the country have joined the Network since its initial launch, and Community Hospital 100 planners are anticipating membership to increase steadily due in part to the recent addition of a dedicated Analyst to conduct discovery and facilitate connections.

Examples of member involvement in the Network are available at http://www.communityhospital100.com. They include:

  • A quarterly Teleconference on Clinical Co-Management;
  • The 2012 list of Ten Disciplines Community Hospitals Must Focus On.
