Agency Continues to Build Team of Email Industry All Stars

BrightWave Marketing, North America’s leading email marketing focused digital agency, continues to grow with new clients and new team members. Key roles have been recently filled, including director of strategic services and campaign manager.

Jay Jhun, former director of email services at Engauge where he worked with brands like United Parcel Service, The Hershey Company, Food Lion, Logitech, Nationwide Insurance, GameTap, and Ruth’s Chris, was hired as director of strategic services. In this newly created role, he will help guide the strategic vision for BrightWave’s key clients. In addition, Addie Rodriguez and Andrew Carlsen have both joined BrightWave as campaign managers.
