Telemarketing leader adds new call center location in Chicago area; expands calling capacity and creates new jobs.

Blue Valley Telemarketing, a firm focused on delivering high quality New Business Development, Brand Development, and Demographic and Interest Based Lead Generation services, has announced the opening of a new call center in the Chicago suburb of Oak Park, just minutes away from “the Chicago Loop.”

Established by Blue Valley Telecommunications in 1991 to inspire economic development within the local community, Blue Valley Telemarketing has grown into one of the most successful employers in Northeast Kansas, and now the suburban Chicago area. With the addition of this new call center, the telemarketing provider will be able to better support its existing clients’ growing demand, and expand its offerings into additional markets.

“The telemarketing industry is on an exciting path today,” said Ronen Ben-Dror, Director, Client Relationship Development for Blue Valley Telemarketing. “We are focused on educating our clients on how you can easily turn a telemarketing campaign into a profit center. With the addition of this new call center, we’ll have the expanded capacity to handle the strong growth in demand.”

The addition of this new call center adds an initial 75 seats to the telemarketing power for Blue Valley. The company is in the process of adding at least 25 more seats to the Chicago center, expanding its reach and creating new jobs. This move is just another example of the company’s dedication to keeping call center jobs and companies operating on U.S. soil.

“At Blue Valley Telemarketing, we are focused on delivering a quality calling experience for all of our clients,” added Ben-Dror. “We believe that requires a strong dedication to keeping jobs and opportunities local. We’re actively involved in the communities in which we operate, developing jobs, contributing to the local economy and encouraging interaction with local causes. You can’t make any of these things an important focus if your call center is located offshore.”

Blue Valley Telemarketing recently published the “Broader Role of Telemarketing,” a white paper exploring the extended value offered in telemarketing services. Media companies and Publishers currently served by companies like Blue Valley can leverage campaigns already in place to extend their marketing campaigns, generate actionable, highly qualified leads and drive additional revenue streams.

As telemarketing takes on a more prominent role for companies throughout multiple industries, Blue Valley is positioning itself to expand its staff and extend additional capabilities to the customer base. With calling capacity currently at 3,520,000 calls per month, the telemarketing provider is positioned to meet even the most demanding of telemarketing campaign requests.
