At this year’s annual spring meeting of the Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation (CSAVR), Paul Bailo, MBA, MSW, Ph.D. (candidate), and Founder and CEO of Phone Interview Pro, will address the importance of instituting phone-interview training programs, particularly for those who are blind or visually handicapped. This year’s meeting will take place April 21-27 in Bethesda, Maryland.
