Mark Bertolami, a senior executive with over 25 years of experience developing and managing global brands in technology oriented consumer packaged goods has joined the board of Ocoos. In his most recent assignment, Mr. Bertolami served as President of Procter & Gamble's Global Duracell (Portable Power) Business and as Chairman of the Board of China Battery Holdings – a majority owned Chinese joint venture. In his role as President, Mr. Bertolami had full P&L responsibility for the $2.5B global Duracell franchise – a business evenly split between the US and the rest of the world with sales in over 70 countries in Western, Central and Eastern Europe; Latin America; Asia; and the Middle East & Africa. Over the course of his career, Mr Bertolami served in roles of increasing responsibility in General Management, Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Operations, and Sales for Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Duracell, and Kraft as the Duracell business changed hands.

The initial target of Ocoos is to organize and highlight online the adventure tourism market in Florida. Making more efficient the process of searching the Internet for a particular type of service (e.g., adventure tourism activities in Florida), Ocoos offers providers the ability to market their services to a wider consumer audience, thus generating increased bookings and sales. Consumers, in turn, gain access to an expedient, targeted, and deep search of only those topics of interest—in a fashion inspiring confidence.
