Art and wine http://www.VinoGogh.com Art and wine have found each other again, this time in the form of a unique new partnership between Vino van Gogh http://www.VinoGogh.com Vino van Gogh a social, painting education experience, and Mad Housewife Cellars, a premier California winery. The two consumer-focused outfits will bring specialized wine tastings http://www.vinogogh.com/faq/mhf-2/ wine tasting to select events at which a “mad” housewife will provide wine tastings during a 2-3 hour painting party for registered Vino van Gogh guests. The wine tasting will continue for the general public throughout the evening.
“Mad Housewife Cellars was a natural fit for Vino van Gogh events,” says Brenda Schmidt, Vino van Gogh’s CEO. “We are focused on making painting a fun, approachable escape from the daily grind of life’s responsibilities. Mad Housewife Cellars takes the same approach to its wine.”
Both companies expect significant consumer response for these events, and consumers are encouraged to sign-up well in advance for the initial Chicago-area events.
“The Mad Housewife Cellars Wine celebrates women. Our wine is standing ready to take you away from the everyday to a special place that is free from madness,” says Damian Davis, CEO of Rainier Wine, home of Mad Housewife Cellars. The wine label reads: "Somewhere near the shadows of the laundry room, past the litter box, between the plastic yard toys…this is your time. Time to enjoy a moment without madness. Dishes can wait. Dinner be damned."
