The panel will discuss the theme ‘Third-party Trust Providers, SSL, and what we have learnt’ in the Information Security Exchange Theatre on Wednesday April 25, 2012, 2.15pm.
Joining Ryan Hurst, CTO at GlobalSign, will be Ivan Ristic, Director of Engineering at Qualys, and David Holmes, Technical Marketing Manager at F5 Networks. The panel will give insight into how Certificate Authorities maintain issuance practices, provide advice to how CISO’s should approach trust providers and risk, and provide best practice advice for how IT Manager’s should implement SSL on corporate servers/networks. The panel will also deliberate the evolving role of third-party trust providers discussing what changes are being proposed to augment existing security technologies, and how these changes may affect the industry as a whole going forward.
