The CFO Alliance (CFOA), the leading global peer-driven community for Chief Financial Officers and senior finance leaders across the country, has named two new Chicago members to serve on the group's Board of Advisors. These CFOs are representatives of the Chicago business community who see value in peer-to-peer discussions to address issues they face in their respective functional roles. With the combined goal of "Fueling Confident CFO Decision-Making" over the course of the next 12 months, these board members will help to shape and influence roundtable discussions in the Greater Chicago area.
"I am very excited to be serving as a board member for the CFO Alliance,” says Connie Pocock, CFO of Focal Point Lights. “The CFO Alliance gives financial professionals the ability to network with peers and discuss current issues. As a board member I look forward to participating and meeting other CFOs with similar responsibilities, expanding my knowledge and sharing my experiences."
Other members selected to lead The CFO Alliance's Chicago Community through serving on the Board of Advisors include:
Susan Martin, VP Finance of The Phoenix Company of Chicago
The CFO Alliance Board of Advisors is an exclusive group of leading middle market CFOs. They are instrumental in helping plan the direction of the online community as well as programming and discussion topics.
