Company’s Flagship Technology Platform, Marketspan™, Debuts for first time at Two of Nation’s Largest Travel Trade Shows

LeisureLink Inc, the leading provider of revenue management, distribution, and real-time market data for independent lodging properties, today announced that they will be attending The Mountain Travel Symposium (MTS), the largest and longest-running annual gathering of mountain travel professionals in North America, and the 2012 International Pow Wow, widely regarded as one of the nation's largest trade shows for the travel industry. MTS will be held at the Resort at Squaw Creek in North Lake Tahoe April 15-21 and International Pow Wow will take place April 21-25 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This will be the first time that LeisureLink will present its cloud-based technology platform, Marketspan™, at these two industry-leading conferences. Earlier this month, LeisureLink CEO Erik M. Hovanec spoke at the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) World Convention.

“As a technology company based in Southern California, we are pleased to be a part of this year’s PowWow, which will showcase Los Angeles to more than 1,500 travel business operators throughout the world,” said Erik M. Hovanec, President and CEO of LeisureLink. “We are also thrilled to take part in this year’s Mountain Travel Symposium and look forward to sharing with attendees our continued success with Marketspan™ to significantly increase our clients’ bottom line in ski destinations around the U.S. and Canada.”

LeisureLink’s unique, condo-style inventory will be of particular interest to Pow Wow attendees representing international wholesalers, tour operators and distribution partners from around the globe.

Last month, LeisureLink published data showing a significant boost in customer sales through their relationship with Travelocity. Sales of LeisureLink's hotel clients are 94% higher than the comparable period a year earlier and the number of room nights booked during the period rose 108%. Many LeisureLink properties in ski destinations such as Mammoth, Vail and Breckenridge have benefitted from the Travelocity agreement, posting strong growth figures over the last year.
