Gourmet New York Dessert Maker Unveils Savory Tea Sandwiches

New York’s Marshmallow experts Three Tarts announces new menu items including savory tea sandwiches and bite-sized mascarpone cheesecake. Three Tarts also brings back their Spring marshmallow flavors.

Three Tarts - New York’s gourmet marshmallow makers and a “top ten dessert destination” in New York according to TimeOut New York Magazine – announces their Spring menu which now includes savory tea sandwiches. The two classic tea sandwiches featured are tuna salad with black sesame and truffled egg salad, both on crust-less bread. Canapes include: Napoleon of smoked salmon and dill with wasabi tobiko, pulled duck beggars purse tied with chive and a curried chicken with mango on a sesame chip. Three Tarts is also expanding their dessert menu with bite-sized mascarpone cheesecake garnished with edible gold leaf on a honey graham cookie. Returning menu items for Spring include marshmallow flavors vanilla, raspberry, mango, yuzu, passion fruit, and strawberry-basil as well as Three Tarts house-made iced beverages such as iced tea, lemonade, limeade and iced green tea-pear cider.

Three Tarts will once again host "Knit Night" on April 26 from 6pm-8pm. Knit Night is a traditional Three Tarts event for craft aficionados of all skill levels to get together and work on projects. Knitters and crafters can get tips and instruction from head chef and master knitter Sandra Palmer who will be on hand to help start and guide crafters.
