Following the integration of numerous subsidiaries in 2011, employee numbers at RATP Dev tripled to over 10,000 people spread over fifty companies. This growth needs to continue in the coming months as key new recruits are needed in subsidiaries and headquarters to strengthen existing teams. Before Lumesse TalentLink RATP Dev had no career portal software and application processing solution, jobs ads simply being posted online via e-mail.
The implementation of Lumesse Talent represents a major step forward for the group in making its processes more efficient, particularly in the light of strong growth forecasts. The first benefits were soon felt: "Since the implementation of Lumesse TalentLink we've seen a substantial increase in resumes received, indicating that we have gained visibility and improved employer branding," notes Sara Gallinari.
RATP Dev recruits mainly operational staff for its subsidiaries in many countries. Most opportunities are for experienced candidates, including management positions, where recruits must combine managerial know-how, technical expertise and knowledge of the transport business. "These are positions that require both technical and managerial skills. Great candidates are rare and Lumesse TalentLink will allow us to more easily find these in-demand people, and also to build and enrich our own internal talent pool of skilled managers," explains Sara Gallinari.
