Paul Hannam and EB5i.com are excited to announce their partnership with Mirzam Investor Green Card, LLC. a USCIS approved Regional Center. President and Founder of Mirzam Investor Green Card, Clifford Morris, immigrated to the United States in 2006 with his wife and 3 children. Clifford quickly identified the EB5 visa program as a great opportunity for foreigners who are looking to obtain a US Green Card.
“Even before I moved to the United States I identified the EB5 program as a great opportunity for foreign investors to bring their families and lifestyle to America. The EB5 visa program provides a “fast track” to America and all its opportunities.” Clifford Morris – President of Mirzam Investor Green Card, LLC.
Being an immigrant himself, Clifford and his team are in a unique position to help EB5 investors navigate the potential pitfalls of an already complex immigration process. His current EB5 project, Florida Organic Aquaculture (FOA), provides EB5 investors with a unique opportunity in a sea of "me too" EB5 visa real estate investments. The aquaculture project brings together a highly qualified group of internationally recognized academics and experienced professionals using cutting edge American technology to breed and produce a variety of seafood for the South Florida market, one of the largest seafood markets in the United States.
Florida Organic Aquaculture uses a specialized recirculating water aquaculture system that is enclosed in greenhouses. It uses advanced water quality monitoring systems, pumps, filters, a water treatment plant and emergency back-up devices to maintain perfect growing conditions year round. Fishing and open-air aquaculture are seasonal. Enclosure combined with a closed loop recirculating water supply creates bio-security, addressing the dominant causes of shrimp farm failure; diseases, bird predation and upstream & downstream pollution.
FOA’s technology advantages extend well beyond eliminating limitations its competitors face: it yields up to ten times the shrimp production. It also eliminates chemicals and germs that degrade and destroy the natural taste of shrimp. It enables shrimp to grow out faster, making it practical to sell jumbo and colossal sized shrimp that command twice the price of commodity size shrimp. It produces fresh shrimp with a shelf life of several days, compared to the usual twenty-four to thirty-six hours that shrimp last after thawing. Jumbo and colossal sizes currently make up around 4% of import tonnage, but 8% of import revenues. Colossal size shrimp are in constant shortage. Open pen farms cannot economically grow these sizes, easily.

We understand that the immigration process can be very confusing and we hope that offering direct access to an established EB5 Regional Center can help you get the facts you need to make an informed decision.
