Formerly equipped with a landline phone system, Dalessandro Agency was dissatisfied with its high costs, especially long distance charges associated with interoffice communications.

After consulting with VanBelkum, Intorrent’s Western Michigan partner reseller, it was determined that the Cloud-based VoIP solution, Intorrent Supercell, would be the best fit for Dalessandro’s extended operation.

“We’re able to use our phone system as a sales queue, so we can have sales and service separated,” said Jill Schuitema, Operations Manager at Dalessandro Agency. “It doesn’t matter where you’re sitting; we always answer the phone promptly, and anybody can help you.”

By deploying the phone system over the Internet, Dalessandro Agency can more efficiently communicate internally—each office can be dialed with a simple extension with no additional costs.

“With the Intorrent product, we were able to cut our phone bill by $200 to $300 per month. At one point, I heard that we were saving almost $1000 a month,” said Schuitema.
