Restaurants & Hotels Magazine is the newest venture from publisher Michael Scott. He is an entrepreneur with several businesses, who has lived and worked around the world. He draws on his experiences working directly in the Hospitality Industry in a management role, in guiding this publication.
Articles are written by talented authors from coast to coast, who’ve put their own stamp on their areas of expertise. The publication is edited by Karen Carruthers, who brings 20 years of restaurant design and construction management, along with 10 years of senior marketing, to the role.
Their goals in putting together this publication include involving the industry in interactive sharing of news/views and filling in missing pieces of information about the hospitality industry that have historically been difficult to find.
