ROBRADY capital LLC today announced that Ziivaa LLC, an emerging company within its investment portfolio, was issued its first US utility patent for the Ziivaa Belt, a device that relieves the pain associated with menstrual cramps. Pioneered by Dr. Stephen Lee and developed in collaboration with ROBRADY design, the product uses advanced compression technology to alleviate discomfort.

“Most women use the product for 10 to 15 minutes once each day during their menstrual periods,” commented Ziivaa COO Kristen Nichols. “They report relief from pain for the balance of the day or longer. Since menstrual pain is one of the largest cause of absenteeism at school and work, we expect the product will have a significant impact on women and their families.” Nichols noted the company also has several other US and international pending and allowed patent applications.
