Additional programs are slated to treat active duty military and dependents as well as adults struggling with mental illness. "Colonial Behavioral Health is very happy that The Pavilion is opening. We welcome them as a partner as we all work to meet the needs of persons with mental illness and with substance use disorders in the Historic Triangle area," David Coe, Executive Director Colonial Behavioral Health.
