Local Business Association Announces Video Contest Open to the Public

The NALA announces a video contest, looking for that next memorable commercial which will be seen by thousands of people. Winners can win cash prizes and have the commercial featured on the NALA’s You Tube Channel (http://www.youtube.com/NALAdvertisers).

We are thrilled to be announcing our first video contest and we look forward to finding hidden creative talent throughout the country. These videos will aid in our local businesses gaining the attention that they need and deserve.

The NALA, an association which provides marketing and branding services to small and local businesses is seeking 30-second commercials which highlight their members’ industries, as well as the overall benefits of shopping locally.

This association, catering to local businesses is looking for that memorable video, reminiscent of the famous Doritos Pug Attack or that famous advertising icon, such as the talking Gecko. The winners will receive cash prizes and their videos will aid in strengthening and supporting local businesses, the backbone to thriving communities.

NALA’s VP of Operations, Jeff Velis said “We are thrilled to be announcing our first video contest and we look forward to finding hidden creative talent throughout the country. These videos will aid in our local businesses gaining the attention that they need and deserve. The winner will be in the company of our current video producers of Miller Wishengrad Post and Victor Currie of Currie Visual Media.”

Participation is open to all ages and skill levels. The commercials need to be uploaded by 11.59pm PST on Sunday, April 29, 2012. For the rules and more information on how to enter, please visit the NALA video contest page.
