SaaS time and attendance innovator, NETtime Solutions, expands NETtime functionality again with occurrence tracking module

NETtime Solutions announced today that it has added Occurrence Tracking to NETtime, the company’s SaaS time and attendance product. Occurrence Tracking is offered as a custom feature add-on for those organizations that want to remove the guesswork from tracking employee tardies, leave earlies and absences against specific attendance policies.

While attendance tracking has always been possible using NETtime reports, the new module provides employers with a tool to create and automatically track multiple attendance policies over rolling time periods. The system can also automatically generate emails that alert the employee when attendance policy discipline levels have been reached.

In addition to tracking tardies, leave earlies and absences, companies may also establish rules where employees can earn positive points to cancel any negative attendance points they may have gained.
