Kelly's Filmworks Ltd., known for the popular novel-to-screen ventures, 'The Perfect Stranger' and its sequel, 'Another Perfect Stranger', is about to complete the trilogy with a movie adaptation of David Gregory's latest entry in the 'Perfect Stranger' book series. The new film is entitled, 'Nikki and the Perfect Stranger' and is set to release in late 2012.

Kelly's Filmworks Ltd, producers of the thought-provoking inspirational film, "The Perfect Stranger", and its sequel. "Another Perfect Stranger," is about to embark on it's third and final film in the series, entitled, "NIKKI AND THE PERFECT STRANGER."

Described in the tagline as "The Reunion," "Nikki" picks up the narrative of the original film's heroine, Nikki Cominsky, several years after her first encounter with the man who claimed to be Jesus of Nazareth. The story revolves around a 40-something Nikki, no longer a high-powered attorney, confronting the Son of Man about the inconsistencies of the spiritual life she has experienced since their initial meeting in a Chicago restaurant. The new tale unfolds along the highways and byways of the Midwest between the Windy City and Cincinnati, Ohio.

Based on the new novel, "Night with a Perfect Stranger" (2012, Worthy Publishing) by David Gregory, the screenplay adaptation was written by Jefferson Moore, who returns to his familiar role as "The Stranger" (and also serves as director and executive producer). Moore's wife, Kelly Worthington, is producer on the project. The couple formed Kelly's Filmworks back in 2003.

"We were extremely moved by the truth and emotion of (David's) new book," says Kelly, "and were elated that we were once again able to secure the film rights. Since we produced the first 'Stranger' movie back in 2005, we have been witness to literally hundreds of people who've made it clear that these stories resonate with viewers from all walks of life - churchgoers and non-churchgoers alike."

"This 'wrap-up' to Nikki's saga will not disappoint," she adds.

Filming will take place in Chicago, Cincinnati, Virginia Beach, VA and Louisville, KY. A release date has not yet been set.

Kelly's Filmworks is a self-proclaimed 'mom n' pop production company', set with a vision to both "entertain and enlighten" movie audiences.
