Pam Sands has been awarded the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals based in Washington, DC.

Sands is currently employed as a Global Client Relationship Manager at Kelly Services a global leader in providing workforce solutions. Pam is also the vice chair of the Broward Workforce Development Board and has provided insight into workforce development related issues to many of her customers. She also serves on the board of ARC Broward and the Educational Advisory Board in her city. She resides in South Florida with her husband and two children.
The CWDP program is administered and endorsed by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. NAWDP is a national association for individual practitioners in the workforce development profession, with over 4,000 members. Its mission is to be the national voice for the profession and to meet the individual professional development needs of its membership.
