Robert Childress, President of Wave Software, joined a panel discussion at The Masters Conference series in San Francisco, CA on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
The panel topic, A Discussion on E-Discovery Procurement Trends, was held at The City Club of San Francisco. Industry speakers for this panel included Kimbir Tate of McKesson Corporation, Alex Ponce de Leon of Intel Litigation Group, Richard Cheng of Kivu Consulting, and Helen Marsh from the Law Office of Helen L. Marsh.
Childress served as the moderator for this Masters series panel. “I was honored to be the moderator for this discussion about technology and eDiscovery processes. It was such a privilege to work with great industry leaders at this Masters series event,” stated Childress.
Discussion topics included tips and techniques such as deciding which tools and processes to choose when evaluating your vendor options and budget constraints, updating your technology by identifying sustainable or non-sustainable trends, and how to decide whose technology or processes to use.
