Morgan Drexen supported attorneys have reached 100,000 debt settlements as American consumers take action to reduce their debt. In it’s administrative role, Morgan Drexen has assisted the attorneys with processing these settlements including the distribution of 100,000 number of settlement drafts from the attorneys’ trust accounts.

Since Morgan Drexen opened its door in 2007 the goal has been to advance the integration of creative and efficient business systems to attorneys nationwide. The company aims for each law office it supports to work in a fully-automated environment lessening the need for paper and freeing the attorney to focus on the practice of law.

“Through automation efficiency is achieved. Think about the speed of sending an email in comparison to mailing a physical document. The process is far more efficient, less costly and takes significantly less time,” says Morgan Drexen COO Rita Augusta.

More than 66 law firms and 100 attorneys nationwide use the support services of Morgan Drexen adding efficiency and productivity to their law offices.

"I was at Morgan Drexen's offices during the month that this milestone was achieved. It's clear from the professionalism and the dedication of all employees that Morgan Drexen will continue to expand and successfully service its law firm clients,” says Morgan Drexen supported attorney Michael Fisher.

“There is no way that a solo practitioner like me could handle the volume of clients and provide such effective settlements to my clientele without the expertise, financial relationships with creditors and automated processes and platforms that Morgan Drexen provides my firm,” adds Fisher.

General Counsel Jeffrey Katz says, “It is a testament to the systems developed by Morgan Drexen and the paraprofessionals that support the system. The processing of the settlements is a significant step to the final resolution of the matter. This assignment to our company reflects the faith that attorneys and their clients place in Morgan Drexen.”

Morgan Drexen uses state of the art cloud technology to provide software platforms to attorneys nationwide. Using the flow of complex documentation to automate processes that would normally require in some cases excessive amounts of paperwork.

Automation is the key to the success of the Morgan Drexen. “The company specializes in developing systemic solutions to those areas. With systems, errors are minimized,” adds Katz.

Outsourcing to non-attorneys is becoming more and more accepted as time goes by. Accompanying the attorneys’ decision to outsource is their responsibility to supervise the work performed on their behalf. The attorneys we support take that professional responsibility seriously. The legal department is partnering with the attorneys to improve efficiencies in support of the attorneys’ role,” adds Katz

Morgan Drexen continues to strive with new automation and additional software launches later this year. “We are currently working on an application that will allow attorneys and creditors to verify a debt and reach a settlement agreement faster. Without sacrificing the attorney’s strategic processes. This is a greener and more efficient way than our current platform provides for and when you are dealing in such high volume and with time critical issues, even the slightest improvement has a positive effect on the final outcome,” says Rita Augusta COO for Morgan Drexen.
