Equivoice Private Cloud Services are now certified as Cisco Powered Managed Business Communications Service

Equivoice met all the criteria for certification as a Cisco Managed Services Advanced Channel Partner worldwide, a Cisco Powered: Managed Unified Communications designation. This coveted achievement shows that Equivoice has proven their ability to sell and deliver Cisco-based Managed Services through a premium NOC investment and offer enhanced management practices. This certification demonstrated that Equivoice has established managed service ITIL processes, practices, and tools to support Cisco advanced technologies at all phases of the lifecycle.

In order to obtain the certification, Equivoice demonstrated its expertise and ability to meet Cisco’s rigorous standards in an extensive third-party audit of business process, product design, service delivery, and improvement based on global business best-practices. The auditors found that Equivoice demonstrated expertise and competence to sell and deliver Cisco-based management practices. This certification allows Equivoice to display the Cisco Powered: Managed Unified Communications logo.
