Tronics expands its Dallas team with MEMS industry veteran Bob Banks as Director of Quality.

Tronics, a leading MEMS manufacturer, today announces that it has hired Mr. Robert Banks for the position of Director of Quality for Tronics’ US operations. Mr. Banks is a well-respected industry veteran and most recently held the position of VP and Director of Quality Systems for the Region Americas for STMicroelectronics. Mr. Banks has over 40 years in the semiconductor industry, starting his career at Texas Instruments and spending the last 25 years with STMicroelectronics, holding various engineering and management positions throughout his time with ST. Mr. Banks also led the effort that resulted in the awarding of the Malcolm Baldridge Award to STMicroelectronics’ Americas Region in 1999.
