•A discussion of Edwards v. Arthur Andersen, (44 Cal.4th 937 (2008) and cases post-Edwards analyzing the trade secret exception to California’s public policy against non-compete agreements
•Practical approaches to protecting your clients’ trade secrets in light of these post-Edwards decisions
The seminar will also discuss the difficulty in California to enforce non-compete agreements.
