All that time spent networking, meeting new contacts and looking for new business. There is now a pile of business cards sitting on a desk gathering dust. But there is never quite enough time to sit down and enter all that information that has been gathered into the company's CRM system or company address book. Those business cards are a potential source of new revenue or an avenue to help cut costs.
Ourteam, an outsourcing company based in London have just created a solution. The company has a history of providing data processing and outsourced research solutions to companies across the UK.
This new on-line service allows business cards to be uploaded via their website to a team of dedicated data processing professionals, who will create a CSV file with all the relevant data extracted from the business cards, Company name, Contact name, email address, website address, telephone numbers and physical address. There is even a function allowing for a short note to be added to each batch that will be included in the CSV file for import into the CRM to record which exhibition or meeting the contacts were made or just the date that the contact was made.
Just scan the business cards and upload them onto OurTeam’s website. They will be transferred onto a CSV file and send it back to you within 24 hours.

To launch this service 50% of the cost can be paid by "paybytweet"
